Russell Laboratories carries out sub-contract metal finishing and electroplating of sub-components and special purpose machinery including the sub-contract processing of aviation, space, and defence industry components. The objective of the business is long term profit growth which it hopes to achieve by gaining a NADCAP accreditation and expansion of the current site. Enhance our processes and procedures from audit monitoring and nonconformity evaluation.
Continue the investment in staff, equipment and systems that has allowed Russell Laboratories to be at the forefront of technology for the benefit of both the company and its customers.
The necessary personnel and financial resources will be allowed to assist the organisation in meeting its quality objectives and targets that will be reviewed as appropriate. In addition the organisation will continue to raise the levels of quality awareness throughout the workforce and to promote the awareness to its customers and suppliers.
