

QUALITY POLICY
Russell Laboratories carries out sub-contract metal finishing and electroplating of sub-components and special purpose machinery including the sub-contract processing of aviation, space, and defence industry components. The objective of the business is long term profit growth which it hopes to achieve by gaining a NADCAP accreditation and expansion of the current site. As a company, we are committed to implementing and maintaining an international quality management system adhering to the requirements of EN 9100:2016 (technically equivalent to AS9100: Rev D). To meet these requirements it is our policy as the top management team of the company to:

Ensure that we build positive relationships with our customers so that we fully understand all of their requirements and provide a product that meets or exceeds their expectations

Continually improve business by rectifying the root causes of any problems that may cause or have caused us to fail to meet our customer requirements.

Enhance our processes and procedures from audit monitoring and nonconformity evaluation.

Continue the investment in staff, equipment and systems that has allowed Russell Laboratories to be at the forefront of technology for the benefit of both the company and its customers.
The necessary personnel and financial resources will be allowed to assist the organisation in meeting its quality objectives and targets that will be reviewed as appropriate. In addition the organisation will continue to raise the levels of quality awareness throughout the workforce and to promote the awareness to its customers and suppliers.
